Why we started
Close Knit Care was founded with one goal in mind: to provide disability support that actually feels personal. Too often, participants are matched with workers they've never met, handed a schedule, and left to make the best of it.
We do things differently. We take the time to understand who you are — your goals, your preferences, your sense of humour — before we ever talk about support tasks. Because when the relationship is right, everything else follows.
Based in Brisbane, we work with NDIS participants and private clients across the greater region, offering flexible, consistent support that fits around your life — not the other way around.

Expanding into aged care
Our roots are in NDIS support, but the same values — genuine connection, consistency, and care tailored to the individual — translate naturally into aged care. We're in the early stages of developing services for older Australians who want to stay independent and supported at home. We'll share more as those plans take shape.
